REGISTRATION AND OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS: Upon the payment in full of the amount agreed above, the SELLER, at his/her own cost shall effect the transfer of ownership and registration, if applicable, of the TRAILER to the BUYER.
SELLER REPRESENTATION: SELLER warrants to the BUYER that he/she is the real owner of th TRAILER and that he has legal right title thereto to grant, sell, convey, and transfer ownership to the BUYER. The SELLER also warrants that the TRAILER is free from any liens and encumbrances.
WARRANTIES:
The TRAILER is sold "as is" and without any express or implied warranty and representation of the SELLER other than those expressly stated above.
OR
The SELLER has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the TRAILER, and believes to the best of his knowledge that the vehicle being sold is in good operating condition.
The SELLER certifies that to the best of his knowledge that the odometer reading listed in the vehicle description above reflects the true, uncelebrated, and actual mileage of the TRAILER.
The BUYER has from the delivery date of the TRAILER to have it examined by an independent mechanic for any defects. In case the TRAILER is found to have defects without the fault of the either the BUYER or the SELLER, the BUYER may return the TRAILER to the SELLER and get a full refund or replacement of the item at the option of the BUYER. Failure of the BUYER to have the TRAILER examined within the time period will nullify this warranty.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of .
